The Council being a non-profit body, our services are totally free of charge, however, fees charged by respective location site will apply.

The Council will negotiate for shooting permit for any possible locations both public and private, however, application for the permit must submitted by the production company concerned. Road permits, in particular, require necessary document to be submitted by the applicant 1 week in advance.

More than 7,000 voluntary extras are currently registered, all of whom are normal citizens. These extras will be available only when no particular acting talents are required. For further information on recruitment for trained actor or audtions (both subject to payment), please contact the secretariat.

Online application forms for voluntary extras and possible locations sites are available at our official Website (). The secretariat will inform you via e-mail whenever we receive requests from filmmakers. We would appreciate your kind cooperation whenever the conditions are at your convenience.
