OSAKA FILM COUNCIL offers various services for filmmaking to be conducted in Osaka locations to produce motion pictures, TV dramas and commercial films. Please contact the Secretariat ( details below ) for any inquries or further information:
Services OFC can offer
- Introducing locations and acting as an agent to negotiate for shooting permission.
- To help provide required staffers, equipment, hotel accommodation, facilities of transportation etc.
- To recruit volunteer extras.
- Consultation on any aspects concerned with filming in Osaka.

OFC joined the 'Association of Film Commissioners International' in August 2000.
